Terms and Conditions

1) Product prices and descriptions - we work hard to ensure that all product descriptions and prices on the qualitywellies website are accurate and up to date. However from time to time mistakes can occur so if there is anything that you do not understand please contact us for clarification. If a mistake has been made on pricing you cannot insist that we sell to you at that price provided we inform you of the mistake before the item is dispatched. In these circumstances we will notify you of the correct price and you will then have a choice to accept the correct price or cancel your order and receive a full refund. If the product is part of a bigger order you can choose to remove the product from the order.

2) VAT - all our prices are inclusive of VAT.

3) Order amendments - Once an order has been placed it is final and cannot be amended on the website. So please check your order before clicking to submit.

4) Next Day Delivery Services - When choosing how to ship your boots you will be able to pay for a faster next day shipping service. Sometimes this will be available for free. Please bear in mind that all of our boots are shipped the day after the order is received and so this means that if you place an order it will be despatched the next day on a next day delivery service. This means boots sent on a next day service are typically received within two days. If possible (usually when orders placed before 12:00) we will despatch products the same day and so you will receive within one days. Please note that our next day delivery service is not a guaranteed service. The vast majority of next day service orders will be delivered in one or two work days (depending on time order placed) but we cannot be held responsible if there are delays to this caused by influences outside of our control (for example problem with courier, bad weather, etc). We do not deliver at the weekend so also bear in mind that an order placed on a Thursday after 12:00 will be shipped Friday and delivered Monday.

5) Order cancellation - Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled although you are legally entitled to return the item within 7 days under the distance selling regulations provided it conforms with our return policy.

6) Stock Availability - Quality Wellies always tries to ensure that out of stock products are marked on our website. Although we work hard to ensure all information is up to date there may be times when a product is listed as in stock on the website but is actually out of stock. If we are unable to supply a particular item we will contact you to see if there is a suitable alternative or if you can wait for the item to come into stock. If requested we will refund your payment back via your method of payment. We will not be liable to you except to ensure you are informed and given the options to replace, wait for or refund the item.

7) Incorrect Address Details - We always try to identify if an address has been incorrectly entered but this is not always possible due to the volume of boots that we ship. If you enter the incorrect address then you can contact us straight away to correct this. If the boots have already been sent then you must contact the courier to correct the address. If there is a charge for this then it is the buyers responsibility to pay this charge and not Quality Wellies. If you do not want to pay the charge and the boots are returned to us then we will refund you minus the courier charge for returning the boots to us.

8) Goods Returned to Sender - If the courier is unable to deliver to you they will either re-attempt delivery or your order may be held at a local post office. After a period of time (please check courier website for details) if unsuccessful the courier will return the goods to us. If this happens we will refund you for the goods but will deduct any charge made by the courier for returning to sender. For this reason we ask all customers make all reasonable efforts to receive delivery of their order.

Privacy Policy

On our site cookies are used to store the contents of your shopping basket so that you can return to your basket at any time. We do not store any personal or credit card information in cookies. At no time will anybody at quality wellies have access to your payment details.

Payment is made by Paypal and so no credit card processing is done on the Quality Wellies website.
