The Delivery Process

We aim to make our delivery process as simple and informative as possible. After you have checked out the following will happen:

1) You will be taken to an order confirmation page. This is the first indication that your order has been received by us.

2) We will send you a confirmation email. This will tell you what you have ordered and confirm your contact details. If anything here is incorrect please contact us asap.

3) Usually if you place the order before 12 it will be despatched the same day although this is not guaranteed. Otherwise it will be despatched the next day. In most cases you will be sent email notification with tracking information. Please refer to individual product pages for specific information on the tracking service available.

4) Our courier will attempt to deliver your order. Most orders are sent on a signed for service so you will need to sign to receive your order. If you are not in the courier may leave your order with a neighbour or they may post a card through your door to tell you that they tried to deliver. In this case please follow the instructions on the card and contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery for a convenient time.

* If your order appears damaged upon delivery do not accept it from the courier. Please notify us and we will advise you what to do next.

5) Then just enjoy your boots! If you have any problems or concerns at all during delivery please get in touch and we will help.

Delivery Speed

When you place your order you will be able to choose for us to send your boots on a standard 3-5 days service or a fast next day service. Please bear in mind that orders placed after 12:00 will be sent the next day and so in these cases next day delivery service orders will arrive two days after you place the order. Orders placed on a next day delivery service before 12:00 should arrive the next day. Please also bear in mind that addresses in the Scottish highlands and at remote locations may take longer and will not qualify for a next day service. Read the remote locations section below for more information.

Our Couriers

We are currently shipping via Interlink Express, Hermes and DPD.

Remote Locations

Our charges are the same for all UK locations. We do not charge extra to ship to remote locations. Shipments to remote locations may take longer than for normal deliveries.

Next day delivery services exclude remote locations. All remote location orders are shipped using the courier Hermes and will take at least 3-5 days after despatch.

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
All Northern Ireland Postcodes.

Unfortunately we are not currently able to ship to the channel islands.

Delivery Charges

Orders over a certain value will qualify for free standard delivery. This value can change and is clearly marked at the top of each page.

If you purchase a next day delivery service there may be an additional charge for this and that will be clearly shown on the shopping cart and checkout screens.
