Normal Weekdays - Orders placed before 12:00 are usually despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are despatched the next working day.
Bank Holidays and Weekends - Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are despatched the next working day.

*Orders placed after 12:00 on a normal weekday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be sent the next working day. In this case please allow two working days for orders sent on a next day delivery service and three working days for orders sent on a fast 48 hour service. Next day delivery and our 48 hour service is not available for Scottish highlands and remote locations.
All deliveries are made Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

An excellent tracking service is available for this product. On the day of despatch an email will be sent with information on how to track your order. If you enter a mobile number on checkout you will also be sent an SMS text. Both the email and SMS will give you information about your delivery and an option to re-schedule the delivery if you would like. In all cases you will be given a one hour delivery window telling you when delivery will be made and meaning you are not stuck waiting all day for the courier to arrive.
*Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands will be sent by Hermes. In this case delivery is 3-5 days and you will receive an email from Hermes allowing you to track your order.
We will happily refund or exchange any item within 365 days provided the item is as new and in it's original packaging with all labels still attached.
